Effectively available and indispensable for health. It has an excellent vasodilator effect, removes atherosclerotic plaques, and lowers cholesterol and blood sugar! In the form of niacin, it causes redness and tingling, but in other forms, these sensations are absent. My parents take it regularly, and it has increased their vessel lumen and alleviated vascular spasms, restoring oxygen supply to tissues and reducing hypoxia. I also provided arginine to enhance its effects, which helps relax blood vessels. While the face may tingle and redden, this is a normal sign of vasodilation and indicates effectiveness.

I recommend this product! I started with 100mg in January and gradually increased my dosage. Initially, I felt frustration, but now I rise smoothly in the morning. My hay fever symptoms are significantly milder this year. I began taking niacin for its effects on lowering cholesterol and alleviating allergies, and I'm thrilled with the results. My cholesterol continues to decrease. The pills are convenient and small, though they can stick to the tongue, making swallowing difficult. It's better to take them with ample water.

I started with 100mg of niacin, increasing to 250mg in separate doses for a total of 750mg. My doctor advised starting medication if my next test did not show lowered cholesterol. However, I managed to pass the test multiple times without needing medication.

Excellent! I have used 21st Century Niacin Extended Release for several months, and it is a fantastic product. Each tablet contains 500mg of niacin released gradually, averting "migraines" or "high blood pressure" associated with regular niacin. I have observed improvements in my overall health and cholesterol levels since starting. Though reactions to niacin can differ, I suggest beginning with small doses and consulting a doctor. Overall, I recommend this for heart health and wellbeing.

Decent B3! Vitamin B3 or PP is essential for many bodily functions. It normalises tissue growth, improves fat cell metabolism, reduces cholesterol, and converts sugars and fats into energy. With adequate vitamin PP, the gastrointestinal tract operates efficiently. It combats inflammation, enhances digestion, and improves gastric juice production. Furthermore, it positively impacts the pancreas and liver and is critical in synthesising haemoglobin and red blood cells. Notably, the "flash effect" of reddened skin is not an allergy and indicates a sufficient dose.

Vitamin B3 (niacin) has been recommended by my doctor for cardiovascular disease. It effectively lowers blood cholesterol levels. I chose 21st Century due to its affordability and am satisfied with the results! However, it's best to take this supplement as directed by a doctor.
